Also for fish the process of sediment transfer provides many advantages. Fish is not harmed by our vessels as it is repelled by the suction heads. The actually operated reservoir bed experiences a repopulation from neighboring sections. Fish gains a sufficient reservoir depth again, avoiding high summer temperatures of shallow waters. Downstream the river experiences the transfer of soil substrate. By optional air injection into the transfer line oxygen level can be increased.

Our process does not chance the sediments chemistry. Nevertheless, if a suspect of harmful substances exists, the sediment should be probed. Anyway, you should be aware that most sediment worldwide contains a natural level of ingredients.
